Sea Haven Director of Operations Melinda Lautzenhiser and Program Manager Andy Whipple (center) receive a $5200 donation from Kiwanian Johnny Fryar. Sea Haven provides community-based services for runaway and homeless youth, for youth at risk of running away, and for their families by offering temporary emergency shelter, food, clothing, counseling, case management, referrals for appropriate services, and aftercare. Its mission is “to improve the overall well being and safety of homeless forgotten youth ages 13-21 by extending a helping hand to those youth whose lives may be in disarray.”
