Community Kitchen of Myrtle Beach Executive Director Deacon Peter Casamato and Kitchen Manager Sean Mazur receive the club’s food and kitchen supply donation from Kiwanian Chuck Hawkins. This year, the Kitchen has already fed 75,541 adults and 20,919 children in its Children’s Hunger Initiative Program. During the school year, it provides the children with nutritious after-school snacks and teen dinner meals. This past summer it served hot nutritious lunches and nutritious snacks to the summer camp participants at the Boys & Girls Club of the Grand Strand and the Phoenix Renaissance Racepath Community in Myrtle Beach, two of the organizations our club supports annually.
